The bears you see in the picture above are made out of polyamide yarn. I did some research on the internet, and polyamide is a type of nylon. This yarn makes excellent bears. The bears are smooth to the touch and firm. The brand name of the yarn is Baby Bee Dreamy Super Soft, and you can find it at Hobby Lobby.
Some common characteristics of these bears are they range in size from 4 inches to 4 1/2 inches full length. They have round black beads for eyes, embroidered noses and mouth. They are stuffed with polyester polyfil. Their heads, arms, and legs can be moved. They can not stand on their own, but they sit very well by themselves as you can see in the picture above. Each bear has it's own charm, crochet decor, or button.
Below you will see individual pictures of all five bears.
This is bear 703. She is made from Baby Bee Dreamy Super Soft "Naked" color yarn and "Angel" color yarn. She is wearing a plastic sea shell button and a hug ribbon.
Bear 704 is made from Baby Bee Dreamy Super Soft "Baby's Blue" color yarn and "Angel" color yarn. She is wearing a blue ribbon and a multi colored crocheted flower.
Bear 705 is made from Baby Bee Dreamy Super Soft "Chocolate" color yarn, "Angel" color yarn, and "Naked" color yarn. She is wearing a black ribbon with a peace sign charm.
Bear 706 is made from Baby Bee Dreamy Super Soft "Pink-A-Boo" color yarn and "Angel" color yarn. She has on a pink ribbon and a pink ribbon charm that says "survivor" on it. Perfect little bear for the month of October.
The last bear in this series is Bear 707, and she's made from Baby Bee Dreamy Super Soft "Angel" color yarn and "Chocolate" color yarn. She is wearing a white ribbon and a heart animal print charm. This is my favorite bear of the series.
As I mentioned before, the sizes range from 4 inches to 4 1/2 inches, and I wanted to share a picture to give you a reference of how big or small the bears really are. Below you will see Bear 706 pictured with the United States currency quarter.
The bears will be available for adoption starting on Friday, December 2, 2011 during my online craft show. Listings will start 10:30 PM EST at http://www.ebay.com/sch/bridenbun/m.html.
